1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 477bat ("477bat", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 477bat online betting and casino platform available at https://477bat.vip and any associated mobile application or progressive web app (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the 477bat Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler in the context of a business enterprise;
• You are not resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 477bat Platform. Access to 477bat is a privilege, not a right, and we reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the 477bat Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not have a previously closed or suspended 477bat account that was closed due to Terms violations, fraud, or suspected collusion.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a 477bat account, you must complete the online registration form accurately. During registration you will be asked to provide:

• Date of birth;
• Residential address (city, division, Bangladesh);
• Valid email address;

477bat reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations that appear to contain false, inconsistent, or unverifiable information will be declined and may be referred for further review.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 477bat account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 477bat will:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void any bets placed, bonuses claimed, or winnings generated from duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the associated player from the Platform;
• Retain the right to withhold any balance held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.

2.4 KYC Verification

477bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, 477bat may require you to submit identity and address verification documents, including:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) registered to your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so will result in a freeze on withdrawal processing until verification is complete. KYC documents are stored securely and used only for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

3.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 477bat account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 477bat does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, over which 477bat has no control.
• 477bat reserves the right to decline a deposit if the source of funds cannot be verified or if the transaction is flagged as suspicious.
• Deposited funds may not be used to exploit technical errors, bonuses, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the same name as the 477bat account holder.
• 477bat targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider conditions, account verification status, and security review requirements.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST, UTC+6).
• 477bat charges no processing fee on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that will be transferred to your payment method, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• 477bat reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or review of a pending bonus wagering requirement.
• Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once, except in cases where no bonus has been accepted and the account is in good standing.

3.4 Player Funds

477bat holds all player funds in accounts that are operationally segregated from company funds. Player deposits are not used for 477bat's operational or commercial expenses. In the event of any dispute regarding funds, the transaction records maintained by 477bat's payment systems shall be the primary reference point, subject to your right to provide countervailing evidence from your own payment provider records.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New 477bat players are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳1,000.
• The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested.

5. Betting, Gaming & Wagering Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 477bat system and a bet ID has been issued. Screenshots of bet slips without a system-confirmed bet ID are not accepted as proof of a valid bet.
• 477bat reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (commonly referred to as "past-posting").
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. 477bat reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any player or market without prior notice.
• 477bat reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close betting markets at any time due to integrity concerns, data feed issues, or regulatory requirements.
• In the event of a technical error during bet placement — including platform downtime, data feed failure, or odds display errors — 477bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

5.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket is the primary sport covered in 477bat's sportsbook. The following specific rules apply to all cricket markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches:

• Match-winner bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant tournament authority (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.) at the conclusion of play, including any Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all match-winner bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) cricket betting markets are offered during active matches. Odds are updated in real time on a ball-by-ball basis. Bets accepted during a delay in the live feed do not automatically void — the bet stands at the odds confirmed at time of acceptance.
• Player performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken, etc.) are settled based on official scorecards published by Cricinfo / ESPNcricinfo or the relevant board's official scorer.
• All match times displayed on the 477bat platform use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5.3 Casino & Slot Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 477bat Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform:

7.1 Fraud & Collusion

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a 477bat account;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or match-fixing in sports betting markets;
• Using multiple accounts (whether in your own name or third-party names) to claim bonuses more than once;
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Unauthorised Software

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without human intervention;
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geo-restriction or IP-based security measures;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 477bat Platform's software, source code, or APIs.

7.3 Abusive Behaviour

• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour toward any 477bat customer support representative or other player;
• Repeatedly submitting false or vexatious complaints or chargebacks in bad faith;
• Publishing false or defamatory statements about 477bat in a public forum.

7.4 Account Suspension & Termination

477bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. Upon account closure:

• Funds determined to be legitimately earned and not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via their registered payment method;
• Funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full;
• 477bat will retain transaction and account records for a minimum period in accordance with applicable data protection and financial record-keeping obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

8.1 Platform Availability

477bat does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond 477bat's reasonable control (including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions). 477bat shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 477bat's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 477bat account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 477bat shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages;
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated winnings;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, data feed errors, or third-party game provider malfunctions;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials against unauthorised access.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, payment, bonus, or account decision, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written complaint by email to [email protected] with your account details, the relevant transaction or bet ID, and a clear description of your complaint. 477bat aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST).

477bat's decision on any dispute — including all bet settlement decisions — is final once the internal review and escalation process has been completed. 477bat's records, including bet logs, transaction histories, and server-side game logs, shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation or summary provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
